Celebrating Benefits

Gardens are incredibly rewarding. They grow benefits such as delicious vegetables and fruits, but it doesn't stop there! Garden benefits also come in the form of developing stronger connections to food and where it comes from, improving food and nutrition education, creating spaces for socialisation and community cohesion, and improving health and mental wellbeing. Below some of these broader benefits are highlighted, and should be celebrated in your school.
